(“PulpoAR”); are obligated to receive PulpoAR platform (the “Platform”) users’ consent in order to send newsletter within the scope of our e-mail marketing activities, in accordance with multinational compliance regulations including but not limited to United States Privacy Law, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) brought by the European Union, and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”).

We need to fulfill our above-mentioned legal obligations for sending you newsletters that are within the scope of commercial electronic messages to inform you about the content and the opportunities regarding the Platform.

Herewith, we ask for your consent whether the e-mail address data you shared with us may be used to send you newsletters.

We would like to emphasize that sending of newsletters shall not be made without your consent under any circumstances. The decision on this matter is entirely at your sole discretion and we shall not force you to do so.
